Minimum order & delivery charges

The minimum product subtotal is Rs. 2,500 before delivery. Delivery inside Kathmandu Ring Road is free. Outside the Ring Road, delivery is Rs. 100. Choose the correct delivery area at checkout to see your total before placing the order.

Our team confirms whether delivery is available to your address and when it can arrive. Contact us before ordering if you need a particular delivery time.

Payment & guest checkout

Payment is cash on delivery. You can order without creating an account. The login icon is for staff administration.

Checkout asks for your name, phone number, delivery address and city so our team can fulfil your order. Email is optional. Do not enter payment-card details in your order notes. The shopping cart uses an essential session cookie to remember your basket.

Product details & availability

Product pages show the current listed price and order availability. If you need a detail that is not listed—such as ingredients, dimensions, expiry date or an exact variant—contact us before ordering. We do not assume those specifications from a product name.

Tracking, changes & order questions

Save the order reference shown after checkout. Use Find your order with that reference and the phone number you used when ordering.

For changes, cancellation requests, an incorrect or damaged item, or questions about returns and refunds, contact our team with your order reference. Please confirm any return or refund arrangements with the team before sending an item back. If those terms affect your purchase, ask us before ordering.
